Residential Group Home Coordinator

The Residential Group Home Coordinator manages/supervises staff and the day-to-day operations of the group home.They carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Community involvement, group home operations, consumer rights and care, state/county regulatory compliance, staff training, delegation, supervision, consumer life enrichment, and daily living activities

Responsibilities:
Network with funding sources, case managers, other providers, families and guardians
Monitor and manage grocery and household shopping
Develop staff schedules and budgets
Teach daily living skills, provide personal cares, administer medication, prepare meals, and perform light housekeeping
Supervise community, recreation and enrichment activities, and accompany persons on various outings and social events
Support self-direction, decision making, and informed choices
Qualifications:
Possess an Associate degree or higher in a health care related field; or a Bachelor's degree in a field other than health care; or equivalent life experience
One year experience working in a health care related field having direct contact working with and teaching persons with developmental disabilities
Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred
Must possess a valid WI driver's license, auto insurance, and the ability to meet agency driving standardsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
